Job Summary
|
The Phonathon Coordinator oversees the phonathon workers during the calling time. Also interviews the employees for the phonathon program, as well as run queries to pull data reports to call from.

Minimum Qualifications
|
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field
2. Must have a good understanding of data software
3. Must have a deep respect and appreciation for Troy University
4. Must be enthusiastic and reliable
5. Strong communication skills and polite phone manners
6. Ability to ask people for money with confidence

Work Hours
|
Evenings beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:30 to 8:30 p.m.
